How often should they be checked?
Thanks

Job to know Brian with the miles you seem to get through but i would have thought a check with measure, once a year as part of the annual re-commissioning would be adequate.
Gary have you seen this?

And this

Might find some inspiration in there somewhere.
KS75 about 1/4 way down this page;
Edit; you need to click on 'BADGES/EMBLEMS on the left hand side menu and then select 'Kawaaki' from the menu in the centre of the screen.

Was nice to meet you all, shame about the weather, still the company, pub and beer made up for it!
We also popped in to visit a mate down the road not seen for years , on the way home.
All in all a good way to spend a Sunday.

I should be there if I'm not too hungover!
Just fitted my CMA rear wheel so it'll be a first ride out with it.
Just adding these photos as a test as I've never uploaded any before
Sprocket drilled out to fit bushes and top hat washers to act as a cush drive.
Not sure how will it will work - the washers a touch to short and the bushes a touch too long.
Wheel fitted with new 240mm disc and ZZR600 caliper
Sprocket side - wanted to drill and lock wire the bolt heads but kept snapping and burning out drill bits so just used lots of locktite instead
The wheel/dics/tyre assembly works out 4.6Kg lighter than the standard wheeel.
See you Sunday
Brian
