sadly the NW group didn't make it today.......combination of heavy rain right from the off, plus bad forecast, plus small mechanical breakdown issue which I will let Reecy tell you all about !!!....

Lads,
Well now that Loz has started the tale i will have to make my admission--it wasn't really a breakdown------it was operator error
first fuel stop to tank up for the run--
looked at the pump for premium juice
pump has green writing on it
expensive but worth it
filled up
paid and started off-------
pretty quickly it ran like shite
fast diagnosis from Loz--have you put diesel in it
response from me--do i f**kin look stupid............................??????????
oh f**k--no way, i can't have done that ..............could i???????????
what a bastard
full tank of diesel............................what a cock
Loz and Pete very obligingly saw to it that it was drained, plugs cleaned up and ready to roll again inside an hour or so and it runs good as gold.
Feel stupid--actually, i am over that now- cos no damage done and i repaid Loz with a full english as services stop off.
Now safely home and drying out-ready for coffee and Moto GP
All is well that ends up ok
Moral of story----pay attention at all times.
