Thoughts on what will be required to get sorted out before the trip.

1. Insurance. (Check you are covered for abroad)
2. Green card. (This may well be the same as above)
3. Breakdown cover.
4. Licence. (Take both parts) (Must have held for 2 years minimum)
5. Insurance Certificate.
6. Log book
7. MOT Certificate.
8. Tool kit.
9. Warning triangle. (Okay not too sure about this one)
10. Hi Viz jacket. (The above 3 are legal requirements in France)
11. Arrange for Hotel or camping.
12. Arrange boat or train both ways.
13. Spare bulbs. (Thanks Steve W)
14. Passport. (Naturally)
15. EHIC. (European Health Insurance Certificate)
16. Beam deflector. (You must ride with lights on at all times)

It will be good to have confirmations of numbers attending so that I can speak with the German organisers and get tickets. Deposits will be taken once I have an idea how many and how much.

If I have forgotten anything I will edit this post so all can see as a checklist.

I would really like to make a start on planning but need to know numbers now.

If anyone wishing to go will PM me I will approach the Treffen organisers and get confirmation of ticket prices.

The earlier we book the Ferry the cheaper it will be. Latest price is £59 return.

The exit from the Autobahn (motorway) is Lehrte Ost. on the A2.

Try the address: Ziegeleistraße 31275 Lehrte on Google Maps.

Its the area with the houses at the small lake.
I post you a pic this evening.

Her you can see some pics of the Hanover meetings in the past.
www.kawasaki-z.de then use on the left Mega Galerie then on the right Hannover
