Great to put faces to some names. Many, many thanks to those that volunteered their help. It wasn't going to happen without you and we should get some really good press for our efforts. Thanks go to tlc, uk kev, ac/dc, becker, chrisu and Nosher. And basically everyone else that turned up. Special thanks to Nosher who stayed to help us pack everything away. I'm sure Kawasaki are pleased they came to Z1OC to help with their Anniversary promotion.

I won't take the credit for celeb appearance Nosher - unlike every other person I spoke to, he didn't wish that he had had a Z1! Probably see the pics on Kawasaki's site soon.

Now now Ted. Don't be modest. I know it was you who had something to do with the Red Arrows flypast at the Bucks rally that year. This is no coincidence. :-)

CB and myself had a great day. Most South westerns seemed to wimp out, but those of us who did ride down enjoyed the whole experience :) Yes I did clean the Ole Gurl before putting her to bed, after getting a bit of a soaking between Reading and Marlborough. Bloody hail was a tad rough, but nothing could spoil the pure joy of riding a Zed. I must whip the Ole Gurl's head offer and cure the irritating weep from the cam chain tunnel 'O' ring - bloody pattern 'O' rings  Can't wait for Yorkshire - must remember to swap stylish 2::4 seat for more comfortable seat :)
