I have thinking about this for the last few weeks and due to the uncertainty of what's happening with Tata Steel Scunthorpe, I cannot commit to going on the German trip this year.

Cheers Taffus, about 3-4 hours from Rotterdam then, I've done a car show at Dinslaken for the last three years.

I'd love to do a trip on the 1100R, will see how my health goes.

That is the rally site not the town Which 16 km away , this year I going sit at the back and let somebody-lead for a change.

Get off ferry Rotterdam trip to Hotel at Venlo 190 klms about 114 miles

Hotel to rally 156 klms about 93 miles

Rally to hotel Amersfoort 257 klms about 153 miles

Amersfoort to Ferry 112 klms about 67 miles.

Total 427 miles approx

cabin to bar on ferry 72 paces

Just checked Phil and he concurs we are not via Dusseldorf .
