Only popped down for the day - and the RIDE OUT
Fantastic roads up to Marlborough to the Crofton beam Engine Museum
Okay - so some of us didn't go in, but the setting, the ride and especially the weather were excellent
First proper ride on the Harris and she went good.
Heres the line-up outside the Museum.....
Home for tea & crumpet - have a good one lads + lasses; don't quaff too much tonight

Thanx to all that came.
Many thanx to Dawn and Mike who kept well fed with fine food and satisfied the thirst of even the driest Zeddist. As usual I had far too much Saturday night and today have felt more than a little delicate. I was certainly not alone this morning
Congrats to all who took away trophies:
Geoff Parr won most Zed Miles to the rally at 222zed miles and also best mostly standard Z900, whose beauty shone through despite having lost a tank badge on the long ride down
(the bike that is, Geoff lost his years ago
)
Scott took away best mostly standard Z1000 with a gorgeous black A2 with four into four pipes. Polish was clearly never far from his hands
Paul McEleney won best modified with his well tasty thou with striking, not to mention loud, under seat exhaust. Many were able to see how well it went on the ride out
Same time, same venue next year

Thanks Simon
Well done to Ralph and Marion for another great relly ,
Thanks to everyone who attended and made it another cracking weekend away.
I'll have to admit though that after two very temperate evenings
and a slow and steady ride out
i was happy to be home after 556 bum numbing miles
