Let the train take the strain

#106 PostAuthor: StephenW » Tue Jan 20, 2009 1:29 pm

Hi Guy's,
I have researched the train to France. Only £35 each way £70.
Cheap, quick and no sick.
Anyone interested.

Just got a reply from Jurg.

Hi Chris,

There will only be a charge on food and beverages. However, it would be useful to bring your tent and sleeping-bag J
The camping-site is free of charge as the admission is.

A short overview is to be found on the following website:

http://www.kawasaki-z.de -> Z-Mega-Galerie -> Hannover 2000 - 2006

Hopefully the weather will be fine - we are looking forward to seeing you there!

Best regards,

Jörg

Finally approached the Mrs about Germany :!: Don`t ask.

She`ll be right

Currently looking at the options for travel. It seems there is Dover / Calais, Hull / Holland and Harwich / Holland.

I`ll either be allowed or single in the next few days

Bunny suggested Harwich / Hook of Holland for us down South so maybe we could hook up over the other side of the North Sea.

We deny the existence of civilisation North of Watford you see

Certainly be nice to ride the main part of the journey as a group :D
