're Phillips Mellor plaque
I remember seeing Phil Mellor racing his last race that day , I was at hillbury and a lot of the riders , including Phil were all over the place due to the stupid rule of having to use road tyres only in the 1100 prod race. Who ever enforced that rule back into play should have been held responsible.
I think there was 11 people killed that year between racers and spectators.

Its a bit of work to do it each day but its brilliant when i know so many are enjoying reading it!
I think it was also the no suspension changes that contributed to Phil Mellors crash.
