Strange to think that a Vincent gave you Z1 performance in the 1940s & 50s bet that was frightening at 100+ mph :shock: :shock:

Yeah - the Vinnie's the only Brit Iron that really does it for me - still rather have two Zeds for the money mind!
It was nice to see the Suzy get a gong - took a lorra lorra work to get her just so. I swear those bikes have twice as many bits as a Zed - despite having a cylinder missing. Certainly got twice as much chrome anyhow!
But the overriding feeling for the day was....... how much I missed my Z1B - and it's only been a week. :bawl Sad really.
Still I'm seeing a potential project bike this evening - think it might just be the one - UK Z1B - should be full steam ahead on the resto by the weekend then :blah
