engine query

hi to all back after a long time.would like to know what size engine will fit in my z1000j frame other than the 1000cc thats in it.

If you want to put a Kwak engine in it a GPZ1100 engine's your best bet, or go the Gixer route although the old oil pumpers are probaly hard to get now too unless they're out of a Bandit.

hi chris thanks for the reply,would this engine bolt straight in or would the frame have to have a mod done.also would a smaller engine eg 750 fit,i can get my hands on one really cheap.

Think the gpz will go straight in, the 750 is smaller as are the gixers.
