New Hagon shocks

I finished doing the forks and fitted everything back on the bike yesterday, so she's back on two wheels again.
I hopped on just to give the suspension a quick check, this was my first time to actually even sit on the bike since starting work on it, anyway I have fitted new Hagon shocks and I noticed straight away that on the rebound at the top of the stroke there was clunk coming from the back which I could feel as well as hear.
Everything on the bike is tight and clear, swingarm pivot, bushes, etc all perfect.
I stuck back on the old shocks this morning just to see if it was still there but there was'nt a problem at all.
The bushings and rubber mounts on the new hagons are all spot on and they are the right ones for the bike (z900 a4).

I reckon maybe I just got a bad set and was unlucky, I just wanted to know if anyone on here has had any similar problems with them??.

The shocks are the standard type by the way, with only adjustable spring preload.

Hi, if there was too much pre-load it might cause the clung, but the re-bound damping should stop that. if the pre-loads not set to high then I quess it might be a problem with the re-bound. Contact Hagon see what they say.
