Frame Straightening

After 8 years wobbling around, I have finally got sick of my '72 Z1 handling worse than a 'stock' Z1. From the front the headstock does not look vertical, like the front wheel was T-boned.

I had a frame straightened back in the eighties, by a guy who turned up in a van with a full Moto-Liner jig and hydraulics in the back, did a superb job.

Ideally I would like to find a professional in the midlands, mobile would be even better.

Anyone out there who can help?

Hi Simon,
Govnors Bridge in Atherstone used to have a jig, not sure if they still have. Contact them on 01827 712906.
You going to Donington?

Didn't Devimead, or someone close by, have one? Not that that's a great deal of help now!

thanks phil, I remember hearing that they were a bit primitive at frame, but I could give them a call.

I plan to go to Donnington on Sunday, do you want a lift in one of Solihull's finest, I mean Halewood!

See you soon
