z1000 starter

Hi the starter motor does no seem to engage properly. Turns motor for a second then disengages or more often than not just spins without engaging. Is it the starter clutch that knackered ?

Think you've probably guessed right...
Easy to fix.... repair kits still available too
Its good to check rotor & starter gear coz the 3 x bolts are prone to coming loose & f88king the rotor
