I got a fantastic copy version from a guy in New Zealand.
I think someone posted a link in my wanted thread,sometime in 2008.
You could search the forum and hopefully find the link.

you need to register then you'll see it.
you can then download.
if all else fails i'll dump it on a CD but the you'll REALLY owe me.....
