ok guys, im thinking of fitting one of these misty exhausts from zpower, not knowing much about engines, will i need to reset the carbs :?: or anything :?:

Mick, if you're replacing a std 4:4, it may need slightly larger main jets...

If its replacing a 4:1, may be OK.. :wink:

TLC, you can do a "plug chop" on any petrol engine, 2 or 4 stroke :wink:

Seat of pants is best method (second only to a DYNO) :P
And on the 7th day... Zeds were created!

EXHAUST Exhaust: 4-1 chrome Z1/Z900 £295.00 18001-m4-1z9-47-3427 , dont know if this is a link or not, its on zpower for z1a, rounded down pipes like the jap exhausts.[ just checked, its not a link.]

plug chops are not so sucessful as you might think
way too many Zeds
