std is 15:33 with 630 chain, to replicate that you need a 37 or 38 rear sprocket depending on tyre size maybe a 35 to 39. Odd numbers even the wear out better. What size is your tyre?

That's up to you, std gearing gives 70 at 4200. Your tyre circumference is only 3mm down on my 160, so if you have the ponies to push that rubber around you may want to go higher geared, if you don't you may need to go with lower gearing for better acceleration.
