Brake scream!

My brake scream on right side front brake. I have test with a another brake disc and I have just bought a new Brembo pads. Still scream. Any with idea to help me?
Is it important to use shim (43076-001)?
Excuse me about my language!

Put high temperature copper grease on the back of pads . This should stop the noise . DO NOT GET ANY GREASE ON FRONT OF PADS OR BRAKE DISC .
