Z1E #00758 what to do with it

I have Z1E 00758 block and crank only.
Unfortunetly the foot shift shaft on the motor case has been broke off. However nice clean break and the case parts fits perfectly so I am sure a good welder can fix. Or is the top motor case with the number of value to anyone.
If anyone is interested in the motor as i am tired of tripping over it. Please let me know. I will take money or parts in trade
