Z1-Z900 Rear Wheel Rebuild

Hi,
Currently my KZ900-A4 is fitted with an H2 750 rear wheel/hub and although this is almost identical to the Z1-Z900, the hub does differ in some detail. So in the cause of originality have bought a Z900 wheel from e-bay and am looking to restore it. It looks to be in good condition, the only concern I have is that there is some weardown on the brake drum liner, looks to be about 0.5-1 mm. The question is can the steel/cast iron brake drum liner be replaced to resore the hub to new condition? If yes, does any one have any contacts?
PS: The H2 750 hub is the one featured in the Kawasaki Z900 shop manual so perhaps they used either type at build!
