Plug leads - replaceable?

Does anyone know if the plugs leads on the (1981) CSR / K1 LTD and presumably the early Js have plug leads that can be unscrewed from the coils and replaced? Or are they molded in? The previous owner of mine has lengthened / repaired (?) a couple of the leads with an inline suppressor to join the old and new lead. It looks cack.
