Ralph, the tool that z power do is a better quality tool and is reflected in the price. The tool M&P do is a suzuki/ kawasaki tool and whilst a bit more fiddly it will do the job.

I borrowed an original Kawasaki tool from my local specialist (sadly now moved away( A&H Performance ) I verniered the little beggar and after six hours of drawing, hacking , filing, sanding drilling, tapping, counterboring and sawing produced a perfect copy of the original. At six pounds per hour it makes the Z Power one look cheap. However i did get ?35 worth of satisfaction out of making it. Not recommended in hind sight cos of the many hundreds of pounds of damage a poorly made item might do!!!!!!!
Anyone need the drawings?
