Z1000A2 engine oil recommendations

Time to change the oil but unsure what type to fill the ol' girl up with.
Problem is, I can't remember what spec I put in last time as it's been years since I used her.
Can you guys help recommend what's best - The motors a bit hotter than standard(if that makes a difference) Fast cams/gasflowed/1075 etc.
One day I'll come on here and offer advice instead of scrounging answers
