5-3/4" headlight woes

Greetings,
one of the Winter Projects is trying to update the Headlights on Horace from twin 60/55W lamps to two LED type - 'cos loads more light,less power consumption and very see-able Halo lamps added.
I have the new light units but they are too big to just fit in the holders as direct replacements as I thought they would. Any idea where I can buy some suitable mounts. or can think of a suitable simple design that could fit in my fairing?
