Justin, the measurements of my plate are 9.5 inches x 6.5 inches and the letters are 2.5 x 1.75 inches, guess this is regulation size, had mine made by Framptons,(just google) though I wouldn,t recomend them as the first one they sent was not up to scratch although in fact it was actually scratched! and covered with overspray!!

second attempt was better.
Have seen Tippers plates and they are good, though a little more expensive
hope this helps.

Years ago I got pulled up in Chertsey by P.C.Plod/Alexi Sayle lookalike?
"Do you know why I`ve stopped you?
"No?"
"your number plate should be....X"xY"
The letters on your number plate should be.....so and so x so and so
"oh?"
Any way if your in doubt, ask P.C.Plod.
