Is there anybody an expert on this model and would be willing to get my 4k mile C4 running as good as it looks?

It is so mint, I want someone who will cherish it like I do, and having been off road for 10 years, can get it back to full health without leaving tank on a dirty floor etc;

I am pretty sure it has a vacuum leak on no 3 cylinder, I just do not have the time to sort this;

pretty bullet proof electrics apart from the plug caps if it has been washed no3 cylinder cap can corrode in the core look down the cap if its not a shiny brass color replace it . also if the plug orfice has water in it as soon as the engine temperature rises it will blow the plug cap of the spark plug creating a misfire
