RoyBoy, agree with Cat3, you will need to spot-face the mounting bracket where it connects to the forks (i.e. get rid of the rounded surface to ensure a snug fit). There is enough meat on the floating caliper to do this.
Note~ if your converting a Kz900 to twin disks the original single disk is much thicker. Also, you will need a 5/8" master Cylinder to make it work effectively.
