Kawasaki wouldn't know, if they want a yoke for a ZX10, they will get a ZX10 yoke?

Only someone who has tried would know, if you can't find someone, you will need to find a friendly breakers who has both parts or a set of forks from one and a yoke from the other and let you play.

Or, what most of us do, is bite the bullet and buy the parts to find out, then you will be the man with that knowledge.

I would have thought it unlikely to be a straight swap.

Its easier and better to work with yokes as a pair. Then the spacing between fork legs, the offset and stem length as well as the fork leg diameter are all correct.

Dont forget when choosing a different front end you also need to factor in for wheels, axles and mudguards to fit together too.

It's harder to mix and match from different models and that's before you start trying to mount handlebars and clocks etc.

I know from experience that GSXR1100 (early type) and ZRX1200 yokes (and forks) will pretty much drop straight into a Zed headstock with bearing adaptations and mods to the top yoke for clock and handlebar mounts. If you want to go the upside down route, then a ZX9R front end can be persuaded in there too as a full set.

But as said, the only way to find out for sure is to buy the damn things and then work at making 'em fit.......or not as the case often is
