Is there a more accurate way of balancing RS flatslide carbs?

I know how to do it statically, but can the manometer method be employed when there are NO take-off on the manifold rubbers :|

Those little angled spigots are breathers... but can they be used???

Try the Pops Yoshimura tube and ear method - it works a treat! :)

They have vacuum take-offs; engine side just like CV's etc.
Use a set of four parallel gauges in the normal way.
Setting static wont work because the slides dont fit the body like roundslides!
