Fuel Tap

If there was an 'idiot of the week' comp I would win it hands down !!!
For some inexplicable reason I left the fuel tap of the MkII on the Prime position. What led me to it was a small puddle around the centre stand, a touch and sniff gave it away as petrol.
As I stare at the fuel tap and think, you idiot my mind thinks of where else the fuel may go. Check the oil level sight glass, all good, no increase there ( Either fuel didn't gravitate into the pots or the rings are areal good seal hot and cold ). Well maybe it all went out the overflow tubes on the carbs, but to be sure I don't get hydraulic lock I pulled all the plugs and turned the engine over.
Got a healthy spray of fuel erupt out of No.3 pot but all the others were good.
Leads me to ask, what do I need to sort on No.3 if that managed to get fuel drawn in whereas the other cylinders were dry ?
