Carbs

#1 PostAuthor: mikey » Wed May 11, 2016 4:02 pm

Having trouble balancing the carbs on my gpz900r
So took them off to perhaps clean them check float heights etc but I noticed the butterfly flap on number 2 carb is slightly open more than the other 3 and no matter how much you turn the balance screw it wont level up could it be bent or twisted somehow ?

slacken the two screws that secure it to the spindle & snap open the throttle a few times it should self align. if it doesn't it could be bent ?
