I finally deemed the roads to be clean enough today and took the Unitrak for her maiden voyage and MOT.
She was pretty flakey under three thou. At the thou she pulled like a fighter jet up to five thou. As it's a fresh rebuild, I can't go more than that.
I pulled a plug when I got back and it suggest that she's running pretty weak. I set up the TPI using the proper tool borrowed from Pluto, so that should be OK. I did fit a brand new fuel return valve in the tank.
Any ideas on how I can enrichen the mixture on the DFi?

i would try setting the tps without the tool warm up the engine & adjust the tps until you achieve the highest revs then back it of slightly. also have you checked the fuel pressure? & check the bullet connector on the engine temperature sensor. make sure the breather pipe from the engine is properly fitted to the air box
