First start of the year

Hi guys. Started my bike this afternoon. Took a while to kick on but eventually started ok
Here's the thing
1,3&4 exhaust feel about the same when I put my hand ove the end.
But 2 feels stronger!
When I pull the vacuum tubes 1 at a time Therevis a significant change in revs to the point the bike will stop.
But when I pull the pipe is number 2 there is no change at all!!!!
I checked all 4 with the vaccine tubes and all about right.
Any thoughts?
