Does anyone have a drill jig so you can re-drill and tap the exhaust stud threads and get them in correct location and parallel to other studs :?:

I would be surprised if no-one has ever made something up to this effect :o

If you search on Google Images for "exhaust stud jig" there are plenty. I snapped all the exhaust studs on my BMW and made a small jig that screwed onto the remaining part of the stud and successfully drilled and tapped them. Which ever way you do it it is not that easy !

just did that and a lot of them look unsurprisingly like the one i have designed:

Big boss fits into exhaust port and seats on gasket face. Plate is welded to boss. Small hole is for location on existing stud, and other end has a screw in drill or tap guide. This is the tap guide in place and will support the tap over its full length.

Will probably make this and then others can borrow in future :)
