Classic cars are suffering from the ethanol in fuel. I know someone who lost his car due to a fuel pipe breaking and the car setting alight. He only just got out it was that quick. My question is, where can I get some ethanol proof fuel hose for my bike? I need some 7.5mm, 6.5mm, 5mm bore hose. Bikes a 1985 GPz750A3.

Debben Performance sell a fuel hose which they call 'Lectron Fuel Hose' that is supposed to stand up to ethanol - although I believe that the hose is actually made of something called 'Tygon'

I very much doubt that any modern fuel hose isn't OK for fuel sold in regular fuel stations, or cars would be burning up left right and centre!
It's only our older bikes that were made before the tree huggers insisted on spoiling our fuel; all modern materials are design to withstand ethanol.

As a point of interest, I found I had a fuel delivery problem on my z250, when I found the problem, It was the little inline filter I had used, the internals had completely melted and blocked up the filter.
