My Z1000A1 is burning quite a lot of oil on longer warmer journeys after nearly 69,000 miles on the clock. Would a total top end rebuild, valve seals and rebore be the way to go ? Cheers Chris

You could do a compression test or better a leak down test first but i think these will only confirm your suspicions that you need to take the head off at least.
