Genuine mirrors vibrate far less. All pattern mirrors seem to vibrate. You could use something like these though - they used to be OE on vibey Suzuki's back in the day. I run them on my Z650 and they do help.

Old trick was to fill the bars with silicone which helps dampen the vibes.

Should the throttle grip and controls move or should they be clamped tight in the bar. Mine is lose but stops on the pin into the handlebar.

Get some of these and use your long stems. They are virtually identical to Kawasaki originals and a lot cheaper.

I can vouch for these. They do them with long or short stems.
I have a set on my 900 and 650. Both are vibration free.

The mirrors on the bike are those that it came with. is there a way of identifying originals?
Can you still buy OEM Mirrors?

Hi Paul
Thanks for that and yes some problems but learnt so much and the result is fantastic.
Just some small things like the mirrors but nothing major now.
I'll send you some pics of it finished.
