Pingel tap gasket

#1 PostAuthor: Redbeard » Mon Sep 28, 2015 6:18 pm

Hi, I have a pingel fuel tap on my existing tank fitted by the previous owner. I will be changing tanks soon but can't make out if the pingel is supplied with a re-useable gasket or not? I haven't taken the tank off yet but from what I can see the gasket itself seems to be stuck to the tank. Does that seem right or could it be a diy job? :??

Took mine off recently and it was not reuseable, boght some gasket paper oil and fuel resistant and made one, two minute job.

I brought a repair kit for a standard tap and just used the one gasket off ebay
