So, I changed my oil which involves removal of the exhaust but forgot to tighten the rear mounting bolt.
I didn't notice until I got to the petrol station by which time the pipe had dragged on the floor.
On the plus side it looks like I've been riding like a hero.

Any tips on scratch removal?

Buffing wheel and work your way through the grades of polish.
