box section swinging arm bearing

I have problems with the box section swinging arm I got from e-bay. During the building project Bob the Builder managed to bury one of the taper roller bearings and it's end cap. Also one of the races was cracked so I really need to get a pair of bearings. I can make up new endcaps easily enough on the lathe if need be, but the bearing is a problem. I have surfed a great number of bearing suppliers on-line but as soon as the inside diameter of 16mm is mentioned they go all coy and unhelpful on me. That can't really be changed as Kawasaki in their wisdom made the shaft 16mm.

Does anyone recognise the arm and if so any idea if the manufacturer is still out there?
Any idea of a bearing supplier that could supply the bearing? :?:

Just a thought Ralph is it worth contacting any of the people who make aftermarket swing arms like sponden or jmc cos they must source bearings from somewhere to fit the z1 shaft? A bit cheeky may be but I am sure they would help.

Or maybe contact dave degans who used to make the dresda swing arms and again may be able to help you, he is a good bloke and was very helpfull when I rang him about the spacer size on a dresda that I fitted to mine

Go for a bigger id bearing and sleeve it. Is the shaft 16mm or 5/8 ?
