One off rear sprocket required

#1 PostAuthor: steve rees » Sun Jan 20, 2008 6:50 pm

Guys,

Can you recommend any suppliers/manufacturers for a one off rear sprocket as below:

Needs to be 1991 Zephyr 750 hub mounting and Z1000A2 standard gearing (33 teeth) standard chain size 630.

I could send them one of each to use as template.

All help will be appreciated.

Regards

B & C Express, knocked me one up a few months back. Requirements were 750 turbo gearing with GSXR1100 mounting and he even milled 4mm from the centre to move it closer to the wheel hub to line up the sprox. On my doorstep in a couple of days. You won't even need to send him anything, just phone them up and spend 5 mins telling him your requirements. He'll have all the neccessary spec in front of him. Mine cost about ?40 delivered. Excellent service.

I agree with Pasc.... B&C Express are the best really.
Talon are very expensive I found, whereas B&C made a unique custom one for my Rickman for just ?42.

Talon or B&C, just ring to find which is the cheapest currently. Talon were cheaper than B&C las year for me but if you go to 35 you aren't going to beat SDs price
