Ive never fitted one, is it easy?, also will the coils need to be changed?

Has been, I take it, you have a Z1 series..
Easy to fit. Coils should be > 3.5 ohms, the standard coils are around this.
You nearly always need to extend coil primary leads (black & green).

Very easy
Standard coils should be ok.
Only 3 wires to connect - I created a small section of 3 wire loom to connect the original wires from under the tank to the Dyna. The Dyna should come with enough wire to join them somewhere safe behind the engine, rather than under it.
Follow the fitting instructions and you shouldn't have any problems.

NB:
Make sure the low tension teminals are well insulated - they can touch/short on the support posts!
Also make sure the support posts are long enuff - don't wanna put strain on the coil body - they can crack
