Any one know where I can get either the multi blocks (coloured jobs under LHS side panel on Z1000A1) or the terminals to go inside them. If the latter does anyone know the correct/possible with damage method for removing the terminals fromthe blocks(static) I have figured out how to get them out of the floating blocks - tricky but possible!

I have tried AES and Vehicle Wiring Products, but neither have what I need.

Ralph,What parts do you need? z-power now do the small loom on the 900 models which fit behind the electrics panel,this has the four male coloured plugs on it.
The wire pins have two tangs on them which need springing back to allow the wire to be removed from the plug,they are a bugger to get out but not impossible,I used some thin stainless locking wire.You need to work out where the tangs are,slide two bits of wire one either side down to the tangs
and push the wire past them till it stops.Then you have to use the wire to bend the tangs in slightly,if the wire diameter is good this tends to happen naturally as you push the wire in,hopefully you can then pull the wire from the connector,believe me it is possible.
2 Needles or paperclips might work if you have no wire.

Vehicle Wiring Products are great, but they don't have the required terminals. I recommend them strongly and I will get most of what I need from them - ALL the Kawasaki wiring colours. They even sent me samples of the terminals they have in stock. Their Japanese bullets are great.

The set includes the con's and new spades. It has all differant sizes.
I rebult my Z1 handle bar switches. It also includes new black sleeving.
They are original and from Kawasaki Japan.
It cost me 25$.
