sitting here bored in work my thoughts are wandering to the adv/ret unit I brought in to clean up, how do you tighten it up and to what torque?

thanks, so to get to these settings is it in gear, foot on brake?

Yeah that'd do it .
19 ft lbs isn't overly tight .
