On of my carburetor does not work correctly. When I adjust the air screw the engine does not changing idle speed. Why? I have tried with another pilot jet and airscrew and cleaning this carbs but nothing help. Those other 3 carbs work correctly. Can anyone help me?

Check the bleed hole into the venturi is clear.

Number 3 pilot outlet, (there may be two - there are on later carbs) sometimes this gets blocked, clean out the hole wth fine copper wire and blow through to make sure.
