26 mm Carb air screw setting

I have had the 900 running yesterday, I rode the bike for a couple of hundred yards and I think I need to lean the mixture.
Tickover is ok 117.5 pilot jets
It has 120 main jets and a Marving 4into1 race pipe fitted, what should I be setting the airscrew at, they are currently at 1 and 3/8 turns out.
Also found out I need to put more time in on the front brakes
