Advice on fitting seat cover please.

I have a a pit-replica cover, the type with the hemmed ends and on offering it up it is going to need one hell of a lot of pushing and stretching to get it to fit the seat foam and pull it over the base tangs.

Have left the cover in the conservatory to get it hot and a bit more supple but it seems impossible to to get it to fit?

drape it over a radiator for a couple of hours before you fit it

Thanks for the advice.

Have now fitted it. Only lost two tangs which is not too bad on an original 40 year old seat base.
