I bought a box section swinging arm off e-bay last year, before the building work started here, and somehow or other one of the taper rollers fell out during the build and is probably buried in the hardcore by now. I thought no sweat, there's load of on-line bearing suppliers ... the only problem is the first question from all is 'shaft dia?' = '16mm' = 'sorry no can help'
I have considered buying a 17mm bearing and turning a sleeve for it but a half mm thick sleeve is a tall order to turn in any material. I could do it but it would be very tricky and far from ideal.
The bearing OD appears to be 41mm and width 15mm.
Any one got any bright ideas?
