Hi is it just the two 120mm and 140mm screw hole dimensions on these Zeds

The distance between the screw holes for the tank badges , are there just the two different sizes 120mm and 140mm

I believe so Steve.
The 900s were the 120 & I think they changed when the 1000s came out to the 140mm.

Hole that moved was the back one, not widened about a centre line.

Ahhhhh ! My Z900-A4 is 140mm, (original tank).
