HELP!! Putting 1977 KZ spoke wheels on 1982 KZ1000 rotors??

Hello,
I have a 1982 KZ1000 LTD that I am removing the mag wheels from and putting about 1977 spoke wheels on in their place. The 82 LTD front rotors are 6 bolt units that bolt directly to the mag rim, the 77 rotors are 4 bolt, but have a wider offset (measured from outside of the right rotor to outside of the left rotor) than the 82. The 77 rotors are not in great shape, and will require me moving my calipers out to make them line up properly.
Do any of you know what rotors will bolt up to an early 4 bolt hub and the rotors line up with the 1982 calipers? My LTD 6 bolt rotors measure apx 5mm thick, 115mm outside left rotor to outside of the right rotor, and 270mm OD. My 1977 Hub measures about 68mm from the left rotor mounting surface to the right mounting surface, the 4 rotor mounting bolts measure about 78.5mm diagonaly from bolt center to bolt center (bolt circle) or 55.5mm from the center of adjacent bolt centers. So I think that the offset (base of rotor mount to top/outside surface of the disc) should be about 23.5mm
Anyone know what rotors will bolt up and line up with my calipers on the 82?
Thanks,
Montie

I can see you having to get a set made. I'd have thought that getting a set that would do your job off the shelf is unlikely. But that's just because I don't know....

Montie, you want to get a set of wheels from a Z1000 CSR which is a spoked wheel version of the LTD and maybe they'll fit straight in.
The CSR is an American model but there are a few over here.

Hello,
I'm in Houston, Texas, went salvage yard scrounging today managed to find a 81 CSR front rim and rotors, rim was junk but the rotors were very clean, bold right on to my 77 rims, I need to swap out the bearings now as my 82 LTD has a much smaller axle than the 77, and adapt the electric spedo drive from the 82 to the 77 hub....
Thanks gents,
Montie
