I appear to have an H2 brake Caliper on my Z1A. Was either Caliper better than the other when it came to stopping?

Just wondering if I should leave it as it is or find an original and replace it?

Is it a single disc or one of a pair as some twin disc conversions came with an H2 type caliper.
Any difference? no they were both shite.
